By accessing our website and booking a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Health & Safety guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with a booking.

Services and Bookings
All sessions are subject to availability and must be booked through our Acuity Scheduling system. We reserve the right to modify session times or services at our discretion. Payment is required in full via Stripe or PayPal at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Health and Suitability for Treatment
Infrared sauna therapy involves exposure to radiant heat, which may elevate heart rate, increase circulation, and induce sweating. While generally safe, it may not be suitable for everyone. By booking, you confirm that you have read the full list of contraindications, including but not limited to:

• Pregnancy or untreated cardiovascular conditions.
• Use of pacemakers, metal implants, or other electronic medical devices.
• Recent surgery, acute illness, or heat-sensitive skin conditions.
• You confirm that you believe you are fit and suitable to participate.

Assumption of Risk and Liability
You accept full responsibility for your participation in each session. You understand that you are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition during the session and must stop immediately if you feel unwell. You agree to inform staff immediately if you experience dizziness, nausea, or any unusual symptoms.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Conduct
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in a total loss of the session fee. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session without a refund if safety guidelines or conduct policies are violated.

Guest Policy
The primary booker is responsible for ensuring all guests added to a session have read and agreed to these Terms of Service and the Health & Safety Policy. All guests must complete their own Health Declaration prior to entering the sauna.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
