To ensure a safe, clean, and relaxing environment for all guests, we require everyone to adhere to these conduct guidelines. By booking a session, you agree to follow these rules and accept full responsibility for your participation. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.

Attire and Nudity
Nudity is strictly prohibited within the facility and inside the sauna cabins. Appropriate swimwear or clean gym attire must be worn at all times. For hygiene reasons, a towel must be placed on the sauna bench during your session to absorb perspiration.

Respectful Behavior
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior. This includes any form of harassment, sexual misconduct, or disruptive noise. Any guest engaging in inappropriate activities will be asked to leave immediately.

Equipment Care & Liability
To protect the specialised heaters, you must be completely dry before entering the sauna cabin. If you have used the shower, please ensure you are fully towel-dried before starting your session, as moisture and water can cause significant damage to the heating elements. Please do not touch or lean against the infrared units. Liability: You will be held financially responsible for any damage caused to the equipment or premises due to negligence, including failure to follow these instructions.

Hygiene and Substances
Please arrive clean and refrain from using heavy perfumes, body oils, or lotions immediately before your session. Use of the sauna is strictly prohibited for anyone under the influence of alcohol or drug intoxication. No food or colored beverages are allowed inside the sauna cabins.

Safety and Self-Monitoring
You are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition during the session and will stop immediately if you feel unwell. Please notify staff immediately if you experience discomfort, dizziness, nausea, or any unusual symptoms. Infrared therapy induces sweating and increases circulation; please hydrate accordingly.

Right to Terminate Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session at any time if a guest’s conduct is deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or in violation of these terms. In such cases, no refunds or credits will be issued.
