Booking Policy

Booking your session
All sessions must be booked in advance through our online system. Payment is taken at the time of booking to secure your slot.

Arrival time
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session. Sessions run back-to-back. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.

Session duration
Session length is fixed based on your booking (e.g. 30, 45, or 60 minutes). Extensions are not guaranteed and depend on availability.

Cancellations and rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your session.

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: full refund or free reschedule
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: no refund
  • No-shows: no refund

If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate, but this is not guaranteed.

Guests You may add guests to your session via the booking link. The primary booker is responsible for ensuring all guests are aware of our policies. Cancellations and no-show rules apply to the entire party.

Memberships and packages
If you are using a session from a package or subscription:

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows will result in the session being deducted
  • Sessions may roll over for one billing cycle only, unless stated otherwise
  • Unused sessions after the rollover period will expire

Health and safety
You must follow all safety guidance provided before and during your session. If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or are unsure if infrared sauna use is suitable for you, please review our contraindications document before booking.

Policy Compliance By booking a session, you agree to abide by our Health & Safety and Conduct Policy. We reserve the right to terminate a session immediately without a refund if these guidelines are violated.

Age Requirements All participants must meet the minimum age requirements specified in our conduct policy.

Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop a session if safety guidelines are not followed.

Changes to bookings or operations
In rare cases, we may need to reschedule or cancel your booking due to maintenance or operational issues. If this happens, you will be offered a full refund or alternative session.
